B&W Productions, a well-established and highly regarded audiovisual provider across the United States, is actively seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Audio Visual Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in operations management, a profound understanding of project management, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

 

As the Audio Visual Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all project management functions, supervising design and engineering support activities, and managing customer service operations. Your key contributions will involve providing clear direction, establishing budgets, and implementing crucial programs, thereby aligning with our mission, objectives, guiding principles, and overall vision.

JOB DETAILS

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
– Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, objectives, and budgets.
– Oversee the department’s functionality, identify process bottlenecks, and devise solutions.
– Foster cross-functional communication and problem-solving.
– Develop and promote a positive environment and safe working conditions.
